Profile and addresses

Use your Shopify customer account to manage contact details and delivery addresses for faster checkout.

After our team adds a tracking number, you can follow the shipment from your account, order status page, or shipping email.

Staff create the code in Shopify Admin and send it to you. Enter the code at checkout before payment to apply the discount.

If an order or discount code needs help, send your order number and a cart screenshot before completing payment.

Account profile: customers manage profile and delivery addresses inside the secure Shopify account area.

Orders & tracking: customers view orders and tracking after staff adds the carrier and tracking number.

Discount help: customers can review how to use staff-issued discount codes before payment.
